This April 15th, one of the richest special days we have in our country is celebrated: the Chilean Food Day ; a party that takes place every April 15 and that aims to enhance our gastronomy and raise awareness about what it means for tourism and the community, the cultural value delivered by the production of typical dishes of each destination.
Chilean Food Day is not enjoyed in any other way than eating and tasting the delicious dishes that we have in the country and reflect all our cultural heritage, however, we want to celebrate this date with the following curious facts.
